Video

Hello guys and welcome again to my YouTube channel.

My name is Juliet and I.

Teach pte pte is short for piercing test of English in today's video we'll, be focusing on the pte speaking.

You know, we can't over Vlog.

This topic pity is speaking.

We have to keep making videos on it different videos from different perspectives, different angles.

So so you understand what you're supposed to do again, I did a piercing mock test again and I was able to still score 90 in speaking and I also want to talk about few things that are important in the pte speaking.

Now, if you're new to my channel, welcome and hit the Subscribe button, join me and I want to show you great things about the Pearson test of English.

And if you're also watching please give me a thumbs up for this video let's, get started already the beauty in speaking is really a very important module.

And for me as a tutor, I would say is the most important module this is because it will help you pass your reading.

It will also help you.

You pass your listening.

How would you help you pass your reading in case, you're new here, and you don't even really know so much about the pity is speaking it simply means that there are sometimes in the pte speaking that can ask us to both the speaking and the reading.

And also there are some stars that will also ask us to body speaking and the listening so I'm, not making a mistake.

When I say that the Pizza King is the most important because those scores is adding to the reading and the listening, you know, not just one or few marks.

It actually has heaps of scores to reading and the listening.

So it's, very important, you know, this thing that's, why I said we can't overflow talking about the pity is speaking it's, very very important.

Nothing has changed so far I'm going to be writing the PC exam soon because I just did the pte mock and I'm still getting the same 90 in speaking using my strategies.

So I'm going to go write the exam again, hopefully by next week and I'm still going to try off my strategies in the real-time exam.

Yeah, because people will say, oh, it's, just a mock why not just go try it out in the exam and see if it is working absolutely I'm, very sure it's still going to work because the mock it's not so different from the real exam, because the same owners of the exam have the mock.

Okay.

So in case, you're trying to find out where you can try out the pte mock just head on to piercing pte.

And just look for one of those mock tests.

They have, um, a2e.

Yeah, if I'm not mistaken, you can purchase any one of them, and you can try it I'm.

Just gonna go ahead right now and show you, um, the result of the mock test I just did all right now.

This is what I'm trying to talk about.

You can see here.

You can see my name.

You can see when I did this test here on the 9th of June, just some some days ago.

And you can see my overall score.

Here is 51., I'm.

Sorry, 41.

And this is called test B two hours.

Yeah.

So it's supposed to be the full test.

But because I wanted to still go ahead and check all the stuff I wanted to check for the speaking module alone, that's, why you'll see in the score for the speaking alone.

So for this mock test this score test B I only did the speaking module.

I didn't do the reading I didn't do the listening, not the writing, um that you can see here, um, let's.

Look at the scores you can see for the listening I had 41.

for the reading I had 35 for the speaking I had 90.

And for writing 10.

for me to have 10 in writing that simply means that, um, the speaking module does not affect your writing scores in any way all right.

So 10 is just the default score you get even when you don't make an attempt.

Okay, they don't, you don't have zero.

So there was no attempts made on my writing module.

Hence, the score 10.

But look at that listening score, you know that speaking especially that task called the repeat sentence, um would impact your speaking and your listening scores greatly.

So that task repeat sentence is the second task in Deputy is speaking.

You can see here that doing that task key loan about 10 or 12.

If I remember I, don't, I, can't, remember, if it was 10 exactly I did or 12., but I did repeat sentence.

I I am messed up a few of them, but I was able to still score 41 in the listening.

So when I'm saying that speaking is the most important task, this is what I made.

You can see how much score one task in the speaking, which is the repeat sentence.

See how much score it gave us in the listening? Okay? Then let's.

Look at the reading reading I had 35 by just doing read aloud I had I had, um I have seven read alouds that thing I remembered very well and I was able to still get 35 contributed to my reading just by doing read aloud, which is the first task in the speaking.

Okay.

So you can see very well that if you want to pass your listening, if you want to pass your reading, you actually begin to pass them from the speaking I'm going to say that, again, in case, you you didn't get me now, if you want to pass your reading, you know, people say, oh, Julia I think reading is the most difficult module.

And yeah, if you want to start if you want to pass the reading, you actually start passing the reading from the speaking module that is from the read aloud.

Now, if you mess up your read aloud if you're fluency your, um, your pronunciation, um games are not good.

I mean, if you're not doing them, well, then you're going this really score will be impacted negatively.

That means you'll be getting lower scores.

Okay.

And if you want to pass your listening, you start from speaking and that task that you would help you pass the listening from speaking is the repeat sentence.

Okay, so this is how you pass your listening.

This is how you pass your reading as in from here that doesn't mean that all because um Juliet is saying I start passing my listening and reading from the speaking I don't have to stress myself for the other task when it comes to this mother modules, no.

But if you want to do well in the reading and in the listening, you actually start from the speaking because the speaking will help you pass this task.

Remember that? Um, the speaking is different.

I mean, the PT exam is different from the other English exams, because, um some scores and some tasks in the pte are integrated so that's.

Why we are seeing the speaking impacting your listening and your reading scores greatly, you can still see very clearly here that I still got 90 I, went ahead and got 90 in the speaking.

Now, if you're my students you understand how I stress, um, I stress on the importance of your speaking module.

I take my time to teach you I can go as far as sending you voice recordings of me, trying to do the reading module and I also bring you up to speed when in the class, okay, so that you can be able to pass that speaking module.

Because if you pass the speaking module, there's, a strong chance that you pass the reading and you pass the listening, you can see my speaking score at my Mighty it's, not magic.

If you if you know what to do, if you understand the skills, or if you understand the tips and the strategies, you can also get more than you can also get 90.

You can get 90.

You can get 19 in the real exam, 19 speaking, 19, reading 19, listening and writing in the writing.

Okay.

So the thing is, if you want to know how you can get 90 in the writing I've done other videos on my channel, you can still go ahead and look at it how you can pass the writing.

This simply shows you that the speaking doesn't affect your writing score.

Okay.

And this also shows you that there's, no module that helps you in the speaking rather than speaking is a chief.

The speaking contributes course to reading and listening, why reading and listening contribute scores to writing that is exactly how you pass the pte exam.

If you have any questions, just leave it in the comment section and I'll, truly respond to you.

Okay? Well, that's that's.

What I wanted to show today I decided to demonstrate that the speaking module is the very very powerful or the most powerful module in the pte exam.

You can see that reading score, you can see that listening scope.

So if you want to go ahead and pass your reading, especially if you've been having difficulties in passing the pte reading, you actually start passing it from the PC is speaking if you're new here, it's good to have you here at my returning subscribers.

Thank you so much for always coming back.

Please do well to give this video, a thumbs up and leave your comments in the comment section and I'll see you again, bye.

Thank you.
