Another great experience!

Once again Nordic hit it out of the park with the quality of listings and the ease of doing business! I've purchased auction items from them numerous times and their packing, shipping, and product descriptions are great!

Item doesn’t work!!

One of the items does not work at all! Nordic auction stated that the item was new and tested and worked properly! Sent email asking about return policy and still have not heard from auction house!

Fully read the auction house payment and shipping policy prior to bidding.

Auction had some hard to find items that sold for fair prices. As we were new to the process it took a few phone calls to understand and feel comfortable with how shipping is handled. In the end all items arrived safely and shipping cost were in line with expectations!

If you cannot pick up items initially expect the full 3 weeks before it ships or is received.

Great auction, would be nice to have more time for pick up if bidding on line. perhaps offer a weekend pickup for working people.

Shipper that was recomnended was horrible

Nordic auction was good to deal with. The ups store recommend is the worst that I have dealt. Told the manager I wanted USPS shipping from the email they sent which would of been just over 10 dollars. They shipped it by UPS for over 18 dollars with no receipt or tracking number had to make multiple calls to the UPS stores after they said that Nordic auctions items will be ship last of all their business. Unfortunately, I can't deal with Nordic again as there is no way for me to be confident the item will reach me.

Very Happy Overall

I left absentee bids for two lots in this auction because we were unable to attend (any method) and won both. The follow up and payment worked seamlessly. This was a large auction so we didn't expect to receive our wins immediately, but they came along timely.

Smooth, easy process!

From registering for the auction to payment and arranging shipment, the entire process was smooth and easy. I highly recommend Nordic Auctions, bid with confidence! Items were packaged and shipped by UPS Store. Packaging was flawless and my items arrived in the exact condition in the auction!

Honest, Solid Auction House

Bought what was for me a very expensive lot. I was a bit apprehensive having not dealt with Nordic before. I am totally satisfied. I found the owner personable and dependable. His shipping service was superb... so many rip off helpless buyers... not the UPS folks used by Nordic. I am not easy to please; however, I happily give Nordin an A + + + +/

Garbage Clock

Complete scam, this clock had the wrong case and reproduction movement, and wrong repro weight. Also Repro pendulum. The case was also wrong. Nordic knows nothing about the products they sell.

Another Great Nordic Experience

This is my second on-line Nordic Auction purchase. In both cases I was very pleased. The photos and descriptions were very clear. Their estimated values were on target. They promptly sent invoices and I was able to reach them the next day to make payment. They provided prompt information regarding the transfers to UPS. UPS did an excellent job in packaging and shipping the items are a reasonable cost. Five stars to everyone on their team for a job well done!

Great sale

Was initially very responsive to questions but had an issue pop up about a week after the auction and was unable to contact the auction house. Eventually everything worked out but I would have liked more contact. Overall it was still a very positive and good buying experience. I would have no hesitation about bidding and buying from them again!
